Buyers Agents are engaged by property purchasers to research and search for properties, negotiate on their behalf, and protect their best interests by liaising with their engaged (due diligence) third parties and other means.

Buyers Agents do not seek any reward or payment from vendors or selling agents, and legislation prohibits them from doing so.
